Description

This contract comprises the following Works/ Services provision to various Falkirk Councils Properties: - (a) The six-monthly inspection, servicing, and maintenance of fire alarm systems (both hard wired and wireless). (b) The six-monthly inspection, servicing, and maintenance of intruder alarm systems. (c) Renewal of batteries, etc as required. (d) For both the fire and intruder alarm systems a 2-hour emergency call out service is to be provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 52 weeks of the year including all public holidays and weekends. (e) Ad hoc repairs and works to intruder alarm and fire alarm systems as may be required from time to time on a schedule of rates/ daywork basis.

Renewal Options

This contract will be subject to an option to extend for a further 12 months if it is in the interests of Falkirk Council to do so.
