Other Information

All tender documents can be accessed via our tender portal, www.capitalesourcing.com. It is recommended that Tenderers undertake site visits in conjunction with the site maps and locations in Appendix 1 as some of the sites are gated and therefore require a PIN code for access. Please request the PIN code via the Message function of the tender portal. www.capitalesourcing.com. Tenderers must be a member of Sports & Play Construction Association (SAPCA). It is not expected that the works will require the services of a Construction Design Management Coordinator, although method statements and risk assessments for each site will be required. If the contractor is successful in winning more than one scheme, then they must ensure that they have sufficient resources to complete all the works by the completion date. Further terms and conditions are detailed within the pricing schedule Each Lot will be individually scored as set out in ITT. I would confirm that the London Borough of Hillingdon is inviting all interested organisations to tender through the Council's nominated electronic tendering portal, www.capitalesourcing.com Please register on the above portal where the tender documents for this project can be downloaded.
