Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by 12 midnight on 26/6/24 via email to: dave.bray@nhs.net This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR. Decision maker: General Manager Conflicts declared: Yes - have members of staffing working at the hospital. Conflicts managed by: The booking pathways are regulated by the Service Manager via the administration team. Booking of lists and clinics takes place by RCHT staff to ensure there are no conflicts of interest. Clinical staff are requested to sign a “Conflict of Interests” declaration form each year. The key criteria were evaluated on a pass/fail basis with the provider currently satisfying (passing) all key criteria and it is expected that they will continue to do so in the new iteration of the contract.
