The requirement is as follows: - Provision of a voluntary benefits website for employee discounts; The platform will offer Norfolk County Council employees, including Norfolk schools that sign up to the scheme: o significant discounts at a wide variety of retailers and suppliers (national and local), including major supermarkets.
