Description
The Council wishes to appoint organisation to deliver a borough wide service that will support parents who have a disability and/or mental health issue who are aged between 18 and 65 years who require advocacy support to help them whilst their children are at risk of child protection proceedings. There is a need to support and empower parent/s with a disability and/or mental health issues who may have had their children removed from their care or have their children still living with them in their own home but are on an 'At Risk' register.
