Description

The purpose of this project is to outline the requirement to tender to provide expert lean improvement training and support to enable two large-scale pieces of work in NHS Wales. Working alongside Improvement Cymru and supporting the work of all Health organisations in Wales, this learning will support the pace of improvement and change required to make powerful service changes.

Total Quantity or Scope

The purpose of this specification is to outline the requirement to tender to provide expert lean improvement training and support to enable two large-scale pieces of work in NHS Wales. Working alongside Improvement Cymru and supporting the work of all Health organisations in Wales, this learning will support the pace of improvement and change required to make powerful service changes. These two priority pieces of work are to: - Increase the pace of the flow of patients who require unscheduled care - Support the pace of pathways of care for patients who has a suspicion of cancer.
