Legal Justification
Med Surgical are the exclusive distributor of the Precivia® S5.200.P in Northern Ireland. These supplies can be provided only by a particular operator as competition is absent due to contractual arrangements with the production company offering exclusive rights to Med Surgical. No other reasonable alternative exists for this procurement. The absence of competition is not a result of the artificial narrowing of the parameters of procurement.
