NHSE1013 Referral Management Service (RMS) for Dental Services Request for Information (RFI) for NHS North Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care Board (LSC ICB). North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is a care system support organisation hosted by NHS England and is working for and on behalf of NHS North Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care Board (the Contracting Authority), who are conducting a Request for Information (RFI) exercise in order to gain a better understanding of the capacity and appetite of the market to deliver Referral Management Service (RMS) for Dental Services across the LSC ICB footprint. The Referral Management Service (RMS) for Dental Services is a component part of pathway management, to ensure that dental pathways are adhered to, and providers manage the available pathways in entirety and appropriately. The service is required to provide a robust referral management system to facilitate the appropriate allocation of cases referred for dental care to the most appropriate service.
