Vectis Housing Association Limited (VHA) is procuring grounds maintenance services for the properties it owns and manages. VHA intends to award one contract to a single supplier. The Contract will run for an initial five-year period with the right for VHA to extend in yearly increments for a further five years (giving a maximum overall duration of ten years).

Total Quantity or Scope

Vectis Housing Association Limited (VHA) is a registered provider of social housing based on the Isle of Wight. VHA is procuring grounds maintenance services for the properties it owns and manages. There are currently 43 sites; the number of sites, individual areas and the properties within each site may fluctuate during the life of the Contract). … The Contract will run for an initial five-year period with the right for VHA to extend in yearly increments for a further five years (giving a maximum overall duration of ten years.
