Description
Wrexham County Borough Council is looking to establish a Framework Agreement for Commercial Gas Servicing & Maintenance. The proposed duration of the Framework Agreement is two (2) years with the option to extend for a further two (2) years. It is anticipated that up to two (2) Contractors will be appointed to a single Lot on the Framework to provide suitable capacity and resources to meet the needs of WCBC. There are no additional Lots available.
Total Quantity or Scope
The work will compromise of commercial gas appliance servicing, checking and testing of unvented and thermal store mains fed hot water cylinders, including servicing and maintaining Thermostatic Mixing Valves. The annual servicing and ongoing maintenance of gas and heating appliances and systems, including all associated pipe work and fittings in sheltered housing units that contain gas fired, commercial boilers. Additional ad-hoc work will also be required as detailed within the tender documentation. Up to two Contractors will be appointed to the Framework, with the second ranked Contractor placed in a reserve capacity.
