Description

RBWM is looking to appoint a suitable organisation to provide the required occupational health services which incorporate activities such as : -Online pre-placement health screening for all prospective employees. -Sickness absence management -Option to include a face-to-face consultation, with either an Occupational Health Advisor (OHA) or Occupational Health Physician (OHP) if deemed appropriate by RBWM. Face-to-face consultations to be provided on site or at a site no more than 10 miles outside the boundaries of the Borough. -Ill-health retirement approval in accordance with the Local Government Pension Scheme and the Teachers' Pension Scheme rules. -Provision of ad hoc OH advice to HR Business Partners The contract awarded as a result of this Request for Proposal (RFP) will be for 2+1 yrs.
