A comprehensive paper was taken to board which followed PSR guidance The main reasons the decision to continue with South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLAM) was made because SLAM are providing an excellent service, meeting all kpi's and the cost of the service provides very good value for money when compared to neighbouring boroughs. There are no material changes to the new contract compared to the existing contract. There were no conflicts of interest, no officers involved in the decision making process had any connection to SLAM
