This procurement is for the provision of a cloud hosted Housing & Finance Management system to enable English Rural Housing Association to effectively manage the property portfolio, and provide a platform for growth. Renewal Options

This contract is for an initial 3 years, with the option to extend for 2 additional 12 month periods in a 1+1 format, so giving a 3+1+1 option and so costings for 5 years should be provided as per the tender documentation.
