ONE SeedPod is a 30,000 square foot dedicated food & drink facility which will accelerate growth and build on the strengths of the food & drink industry in the North East of Scotland
Renewal Options
The Contract will be awarded for an initial period of 3 years with Food Hub (NES) Ltd having the option to extend for up to 2 x additional 1 year periods. A full scope of services for tendering purposes has been issued with this notice however, Food Hub (NES) Ltd may require the supplier to provide additional services for example, in line with the increasing occupancy of the building over the term of the agreement.
