Description

The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to notify the market of Belfast City Councils intention to hold a pre-market engagement (PME) session with interested parties to inform the procurement for arboriculture services.

Total Quantity or Scope

This Contract is for the provision of arboriculture services for the Council, which includes 2 main areas of work. These being: Park Trees maintenance and Street Trees maintenance throughout the greater Belfast area. Interested parties should email Colin Hollywood (Category Officer) at hollywoodc@belfastcity.gov.uk to request a copy of the PME survey no later than 31/07/2024. It is envisaged that suppliers who return a completed survey will be invited to attend a follow up session with Council representatives. The findings of this exercise may be used to inform future procurement decisions and the structure of the tender process.
