This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to confirmation of contract award notice. The awarding of this This contract is subject to has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 25 June 2024. This contract has not yet formally now been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award a contract under formally awarded using the competitive process process. This contract is awarded 26 June 2024 This contract is expected to run from 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2027 (with an option to extend for up to another 24 months) Total value of the PSR. No contract will be awarded until after the end of the standstill period. Representation can be sent to nhsgm.procurement@nhs.net Award decision-makers: NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care Board Executive Board. One potential Conflict of Interest was declared.
