Legal Justification

There is no internal capacity to do this and due to the call-off nature of this work it is not viable to employ someone to carry out this role. By using an external provider there is some independence. The supplier is already carrying out this work for the NDA estate, and so have developed some knowledge of the business. They will also have ‘reachback’ into their own organisation and be able to provide additional resources as required.
