Description

We wish to commission a consultant to provide a review of the two teams within our Planning and Logistic function; specifically, the Planning Team and the Supply Chain Team. The key aims of the new contract will be, for each team, to: • Review each team's structure, processes, and technology. • Provide a constructive evaluation of the current approach measured against other potential approaches, articulating the benefits of options proposed. • Provide high-level budgetary values and programme plan for proposed options. • Include an indicative resource forecast for CHP resources to support any proposed programme, business and technical improvements. The key deliverables, whether jointly and/or separately for each team, are; • A comprehensive report detailing the findings of the review, including an executive summary and recommendations. • High-level budgetary values and programme plan for proposed options. • Indicative resource forecast for CHP business and technical resources to support any proposed system, process and/or structure changes. • A presentation of findings to the Executive Team - can be virtual via Microsoft Teams.
