Description

The Contract is for the provision of general insurance and risk management related services, including Property, legal liability and other general (non-life) insurable risks, as required by A2Dominion Housing Group and subsidiary organisations. The procurement will follow the two-stage Competitive Procedure with Negotiation with an SQ stage. Bidders will be selected on the basis of their capability, capacity and experience to perform the contract. A full Summary of Current Cover will be provided with the Invitation to Tender to selected bidders.

Lot Division

1 Property, legal liability and other general (non-life) insurable risks
  • Value: £22M

Insurance and related services associated with Property, legal liability and other general (non-life) insurable risks as required by A2 Dominion Housing Group and subsidiary organisations for a period of three years and three months, with the option to extend by up to a further two years at A2Dominion's sole discretion.

2 Motor Fleet
  • Value: £20K

Insurance and risk management related services associated with the Motor Fleet as required by A2Dominion Group Ltd and subsidiary organisations organisations for a period of three years and three months, with the option to extend by up to a further two years at A2Dominion's sole discretion.

3 Terrorism and/or Political Violence (Pool-Re)
  • Value: £220K

The scope of the Contract includes the provision of insurance cover, brokerage services (where applicable), professional advice, claims management and loss control services for terrorism/political violence (Pool Re) as required by A2Dominion Group for a period of three years and three months, with the option to extend by up to a further two years at A2Dominion's sole discretion.

4 Terrorism and/or Political Violence (Non Pool-Re)

The scope of the Contract includes the provision of insurance cover, brokerage services (where applicable), professional advice, claims management and loss control services for Terrorism/political Violence insurance (non Pool-Re) as required by A2Dominion Housing Group and subsidiary organisations for a period of three years and three months, with the option to extend by up to a further two years at A2Dominion's sole discretion.
