Pitched & Flat Roofing Works Framework (Domestic)

Under this Framework the majority of the Roofing Works are to be carried out on residential properties across the Borough on homes of varying archetypes including low-rise flats, houses, and bungalows. In addition, there is a requirement for roofline works (Gutters, Facias and Soffits) minor roof works and roofing repairs. There is a reroof mixture of pitched and flat roofs using a variety of slates and tiles on pitched roofs and various design and build flat roof systems. Annually there are approximately 300 properties requiring roofing works located across the district. Lot 1 is for Pitched Roofing Replacements.
