Precast Competefor Summary. Kilnbridge have secured the HS2 Old Oak Common Station Works Packages WP13.1-Urban Realm Civils, Utilities and Earthworks and WP10.2 Ancillary Buildings. Part of this scope requires the design and installation of precast elements. Precast elements are listed below: • Precast Building Walls & Inverted T. Beams. • Precast Attenuation Tank. • Precast Solid Roof Slabs & upstands. • Precast Stairs. • Precast Beam & Block Floor • Hollowcore Slabs

Other Information
Kilnbridge are looking to place the precast order with a single supplier. The order will be let on a design, manufacture, and delivery basis. Suppliers are to take the detailed RIBA4 Design to Design for Construction & Manufacturing. The Subcontractor shall be responsible for providing design for construction drawings and will need to follow defined HS2/BBVS Design, Technical Assurance, Information exchange and BIM procedures to support Kilnbridge in delivering these elements of work. Furthermore, co-ordination with Kilnbridge design team to ensure inclusion of embedment's and openings where applicable. Precast elements will commence delivery in Late Q1 2025 and continue in accordance with programme into Q4C 2027 Suppliers are to advise in their expressions of interest those elements which they are prepared to supply.
