Description
The Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC) (the "Authority") wishes to select and appoint a suitable contractor for the "Supply of Calibration, Inspection, and Repair services for in Service Radiological Detection and Identification Equipment." The SO15 EOD/CBRN unit use various handheld radiological detection and radio-isotope identification equipment in CT operations. This equipment requires annual calibration to ensure operational assurances are met. The initial contract is to cover 4 years with an option to extend by up to 12 months subject to cost negotiations.
