Description

The service will provide both 1:1 and group support as appropriate to support autistic adults with their mental health and wellbeing, social and life skills, independence and living. It will be part of the wider neurodevelopmental pathway and will sit at the earliest point in the pathway right through to preparation for adulthood and will be a flexible, targeted offer that allows families to access it when needed.

Total Quantity or Scope

NHS Cheshire and Merseyside ICB - Halton and Warrington Place intend to award a 9 month contract via Direct award C to the incumbent provider to deliver the adult autism post diagnosis support Service in Halton and Warrington. The contract will start on the 4th May 2024, expire on 4th February 2025 and has a contract value of £90,000.
