Description

Worcester City Council is inviting tenders for its Electrical Services and Minor Works Contract. The Service is a series of small works orders for reactive response maintenance, and some minor planned works. The service to be provided comprises of the following:- A - Regular Portable Appliance testing in approximately 15 properties as instructed by the Council. (Our testing does not generally include EICR testing although may be required in individual cases on request) B - Reactive maintenance and repair according to a priority assigned by the Council C- Planned maintenance up to a maximum value of £25,000 per order, (subject to quotation and acceptance by the Client as of Best Value*). D - Minor works projects up to a maximum value of £25,000 per order, (subject to quotation and acceptance by the Client as of Best Value*). E - Out of hours Emergency Works. [*Alternative quotations may be sought if the cost of the works are deemed to be excessive] The works are defined as electrical servicing works.

Renewal Options

Option to extend for a further two years plus a further 2 years up to a total contract term of 7 years to 31 March 2032

This procurement is being carried out under a two stage process and Bidders are only required to complete the Selection Questionnaire at this initial stage. The Council is using the e-procurement portal known as the Proactis Pro-Contract portal https://procontract.due-north.com to conduct this procurement exercise.
