The aim of the service is to connect people to services and activities in their community to benefit overall health and wellbeing

The authority is publishing this notice in Find a Tender in accordance with the NHS Provider Selection Regime. Social Prescribing service across the city of Leeds. 1st September 2024 – 31st March 2028 (plus option to extend by 2 years). Contract value: £7,743,245

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 15/08/2024. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR'.
