Description

The Council requires a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor Provider to provide interventions to maximise the health and wellbeing of Young People to: stop or reduce using alcohol and drugs, to reduce the harm they cause themselves, to develop their resilience, and to manage the risks they face to ensure that when they leave the service they can sustain their progress.

The intention following on from this 8 working day standstill process, will be to award a contract to the successful bidder, following on a competitive process under The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime -PSR) Regulations 2023. The approximate life value of the contract will be £1,212,582 , this follows on from a decision made by City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council. The successful provider met the relevant thresholds for the published criteria under the PSR Key Criteria
