Smart Data Foundry require support of the Corporate Advisor to help prepare the sale of the business and to evaluate the market for potential acquirer's. The Corporate Advisor would then work in partnership with the appointed Legal Advisors to complete the sale transaction and the successful sale of a part of the business.

Total Quantity or Scope

Smart Data Foundry require support of the Corporate Advisor to help prepare the sale of the business and to evaluate the market for potential acquirer's. The Corporate Advisor would then work in partnership with the appointed Legal Advisors to complete the sale transaction of part of the business. The total value would only be payable if the sale is successful and all initial work is under the Procurement Scotland regulations 2015.
