Description

UX Research and Design Unit, wish to procure a two-year contract for a specialist supplier to recruit research participants on our behalf. The testing of our products and services via various research methods not only support the User Centred Design principles we subscribe to as an Agency but is mandatory to meet Government Digital Services (GDS) service standards. There is an ongoing requirement for participant recruitment.
