If any Candidate or Consortium Member is assessed as an overall business risk of "high", Candidates will be informed and given an opportunity to provide an explanation or information, which they feel may be relevant to establishing why the D&B rating does not fairly represent the Candidate or Consortium Member's economic and financial standing. CMAL will take such comments and information into account when determining whether the D&B rating fairly represents the economic and financial standing of the Candidate or any Consortium.
