Description

Provision of an IT managed service to the existing Approved Doctors Information System (ADIS) and Short Course Database system (SCDB) to ensure that the services are secure and functional and maintained. ADIS and SCDB are essential systems used by MCA's UK Maritime Services Directorate. ADIS is used to manage the Doctors approved by the MCA to complete statutory assessments, and SCDB is used to manage authorised training course delivered by external training providers. This contract opportunity is for 2-year contract with one optional 1 year extension, for the provision of an IT Managed Service including support and maintenance, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management and Service Requests for the systems . To maintain service delivery and improve services beyond the minimal viable product. This procurement will be conducted using lots comprised of: LOT 1: IT Managed Service for the MCA's Approved Doctors' Information System (ADIS) LOT 2: IT Managed Service for the MCA's Short Course Data Base (SCDB) Indicative value identified in this notice are comprised in the following way. Lowest value would be for a 2 year provision only inclusive of both lots . The highest cost is indicative of the buying authority taking up the additional extension period and allowance for continuous improvements.
