Description

The Supplier shall assist the Buyer in complying with its statutory duty to manage water safety across the Buyer’s estate and comply with all UK Health and Safety Legislation and guidance including but not limited to compliance with COSHH, HSG274 and L8 ACOP in relation to the control of water systems and the risk from exposure to legionella bacteria. Please note that the contract value of £7,000,000 has been calculated as being inclusive of the option to extend the contract by 2 x 12 month periods.

This is to allow time to make some minor amendments to the documents below. Amendments will be made to the following documents: • Appendix 1 – ITT Instructions • Appendix 7 – Pricing Matrix • Appendix 8 – Water Pricing Matrix Guidance for Bidders • Schedule 3 – Charges • Annex 3 to Schedule 3 – Charges Calculation A change log will also be issued detailing the amendments. The Buyer will subsequently extend the ITT submission deadline by a further 5 working days from the issue of the revised documents.
