1 Lift Servicing and Repairs

The maintenance, servicing, and repair of passenger lifts in properties where the Council is the Freeholder. Covering all aspects of works on behalf on the Brent council and subsidiaries. These works and parts will be carried out in accordance with manufactures instructions.
2 Mobility Lift Servicing and Repairs
  • Value: £945K

The maintenance, servicing, and repair of mobility equipment such as mobility lifts, hoists, and platforms in properties where the Council is the Freeholder. Covering all aspects of works on behalf on the Brent council and subsidiaries. These works and parts will be carried out in accordance with manufactures instructions.

Renewal Options

The contract is extendable by two additional periods. The first period is for 36 months and the second period is for 24 months.
