Total Quantity or Scope
1. Description of the Services to be Provided: This specialist testing and referral work must be undertaken by a recognised accredited laboratory to ensure that the testing is carried out to the highest standards of quality and accuracy. Accreditation provides an assurance of the competence, impartiality and integrity of laboratories and plays a key part of maintaining public trust in the testing process. The UKHSA is the sole provider for the specialist referral work that is sent. 2. Statement of Award: This contract has been awarded following Direct Award Process A. 3. Lifetime Value of the Contract: The lifetime value of this contract is £120,783.69 4. Contract Duration: The services will be provided between 07th August 2024 and 07th August 2025.
