Legal Justification

Due to local recruitment challenges, Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust has identified a clinical risk to children and therefore intends to award this contract to the supplier listed above to assist with the wait list over the next three months. This is an emergency provision whilst recruitment is undertaken.
