The anticipated approximate lifetime value of the contract is £600,000 (inc VAT) and intended contract dates are 11 October 2024 until 31 March 2025 with an optional 3 month extension until 30 June 2025.

The direct award C process was used with weightings totalling 100 applied across the 5 key criteria.
