Description

The works will consist of All-Trades reactive repairs including out of hours emergencies covering 365 days per year and 24/7 in-day and out of hours reactive repairs to properties and common areas at various sites. The contract covers two geographical Lots: Lot 1 Edinburgh, Lothians and Scottish Borders Lot 2 Fife, Angus and Perth & Kinross Responsive Repairs, Void Property Works and Out of Hours Emergency Works. Procurement documentation developed from the M3NHF schedule of rates and standardised document templates
