1 Safety Hypodermic Needles

We require a Safety Hypodermic Needle which supports effective and efficient insertion for injecting substances into the body or can be used to extract fluids from the body within different environments that can be expected across NHS Scotland. A safety hypodermic needle is commonly used with a syringe (either Luer Lock or Luer Slip), whilst retaining rigidity to maximise first pass insertion rate and minimise patient risk / discomfort.

2 Safety Insulin Needle & Syringe

We require an insulin safety needle and syringe combination which are needle-based safety devices pre-attached to syringes that protect the clinical staff from accidental needlestick injuries.
