Description

The Authority seeks to establish a multi-supplier Framework to provide Energy Efficiency Retrofit measures in accordance with PAS 2035, and traditional Investment and refurbishment works for domestic and public buildings for its Members and other Public Sector Contracting Bodies. The scope of the framework includes (but is not limited to) PV and Battery Storage; ASHP / GSHP; Insulation including EWI, IWI, CWI, Loft and floor; Windows & Doors; Ventilation; Roofing; Roofline & rainwater goods; Electrical Work; Boiler Replacement; Hot water / heat distribution systems; Kitchens; Bathrooms; Damp & Mould remediation; Internal Decoration; Plastering; Carpentry & joinery; Wall tiling & Boarding; Above & Below DPC pipework; Footpaths; Associated works; Pre & Post Installation Surveys and Tests; PAS 2035 Consultancy The tender is split into ten regional lots • Lot 1 – North East • Lot 2 – Yorkshire & Humber • Lot 3 – North West • Lot 4 – West Midlands • Lot 5 – East Midlands • Lot 6 – East of England • Lot 7 – South East • Lot 8 – South West • Lot 9 – London • Lot 10 - Wales The authority seeks to appoint up to 8 suitably qualified Principal Contractors per Lot able to provide the full requirements.

1 North East

The Authority seeks to establish a multi-supplier Framework to provide Energy Efficiency retro-fit measures in support of the Carbon Reduction and Net Zero Agenda and traditional Investment and refurbishment works as may be required for its Members and other Public Sector Contracting Bodies within the North East Region.

2 Yorkshire & Humber

The Authority seeks to establish a multi-supplier Framework to provide Energy Efficiency retro-fit measures in support of the Carbon Reduction and Net Zero Agenda and traditional Investment and refurbishment works as may be required for its Members and other Public Sector Contracting Bodies within the Yorkshire & Humber Region.

3 North West

The Authority seeks to establish a multi-supplier Framework to provide Energy Efficiency retro-fit measures in support of the Carbon Reduction and Net Zero Agenda and traditional Investment and refurbishment works as may be required for its Members and other Public Sector Contracting Bodies within the North West Region.

4 West Midlands

The Authority seeks to establish a multi-supplier Framework to provide Energy Efficiency retro-fit measures in support of the Carbon Reduction and Net Zero Agenda and traditional Investment and refurbishment works as may be required for its Members and other Public Sector Contracting Bodies within the West Midlands Region.

5 East Midlands

The Authority seeks to establish a multi-supplier Framework to provide Energy Efficiency retro-fit measures in support of the Carbon Reduction and Net Zero Agenda and traditional Investment and refurbishment works as may be required for its Members and other Public Sector Contracting Bodies within the East Midlands Region.

6 East of England

The Authority seeks to establish a multi-supplier Framework to provide Energy Efficiency retro-fit measures in support of the Carbon Reduction and Net Zero Agenda and traditional Investment and refurbishment works as may be required for its Members and other Public Sector Contracting Bodies within the East of England Region.

7 South East

The Authority seeks to establish a multi-supplier Framework to provide Energy Efficiency retro-fit measures in support of the Carbon Reduction and Net Zero Agenda and traditional Investment and refurbishment works as may be required for its Members and other Public Sector Contracting Bodies within the South East Region.

8 South West

10 Wales

The Authority seeks to establish a multi-supplier Framework to provide Energy Efficiency retro-fit measures in support of the Carbon Reduction and Net Zero Agenda and traditional Investment and refurbishment works as may be required for its Members and other Public Sector Contracting Bodies within Wales.

Renewal Options

Initial period 48 Months with option to extend for 24 Months to align with the Government target of 2030 for retrofit and decarbonisation work.
