Grounds maintenance including but not limited to grass cutting, shrub and flower bed maintenance, litter picking prior to grass cutting and tree maintenance services. |

Cleaning of both internal and external communal areas, communal internal and external window cleaning, graffiti removal, deep cleans where required and caretaking services (including lightbulb changes and bulk rubbish removal) to the Contracting Authority’s properties. |
