This service provides high-quality, compassionate care and support to people with all types of terminal illnesses, their families and their carers. Care is delivered within the community to people at home, in care homes, Hospice beds, local prisons and in hospital. This contract will be awarded to an existing provider following the direct award process A. The approximate life time value of the contract is £24,094,265 Contract start date: 01 April 2024 Contract end date 31 March 2029

Renewal Options
