Description
Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (WUTH) is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for Minor to Medium Works of its sites. It is envisaged that the Framework Agreement will be split into 3 Lots although this may be subject to change.
Total Quantity or Scope
It is envisaged that the Framework Agreement will be split into 3 Lots as follows although this may be subject to change:Lot 1 – Minor / Reactive Works – Value band £1 - £30,000 (Inc. VAT)Lot 2 – Minor / Small Planned Works – Value band £30,001 to £250,000 (Inc. VAT)Lot 3 – Medium / Planned Project Works – Value band £250,001 to £1,000,000 (Inc. VAT)Bidders may bid for one or more Lots.The duration of the framework agreement will be twelve (12) months with the option to extend for a further twelve (12) months (maximum duration 24 months). The Framework Agreement will commence 1st April 2025.Successful contractors will need to demonstrate the ability to provide and/or coordinate a wide array of skilled building & services trades. The following illustrates the types of works that may be required:Minor / Reactive Works – Fitting of curtains and blinds, supply and fit of Digi locks, locks and keys, flooring, signage, electrical works, space reconfiguration and small refurbishment work, painting and decorating, removal of cupboards and fit racking.
