To improve its Shipbuilding manufacturing capability and capacity FMPG have a requirement to purchase a CNC High Speed Plasma / Oxy-Gas Profile Cutting Machine that will increase FMPGs throughput and quality performance in Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminium cutting.

Total Quantity or Scope

CNC High Speed Plasma / Oxy-Gas Profile Cutting Machine. Table to be capable to take 2 off 10 meters in length by 3.5 metres wide end on end. Thickness range from 3mm to 100mm. To be capable of the following: 1. Vertical cutting. 2. Bevel Straight and Radius. 3. Hole cutting. 4. Plate marking facility. 5. Fume extraction. 6. Software requirements TBA
