VisitBritain seeks to procure and appoint suitably qualified & experienced Exhibition Stand Design Build & Support Services supplier for ITB Berlin.

Renewal Options

The contract will run for an initial term of one (1) year for the delivery of ITB Berlin 2025, with the option to extend for a further two (2) x one (1) year extension periods.

Legal Justification

Due to the failure of the originally planned route to market which has contracted timescales for delivery, this procurement will be carried out using the Accelerated Open procedure. This procedure is set out under Regulation 27(5) - Where a state of urgency duly substantiated by the contracting authority renders impracticable the time limit laid down in paragraph (2), it may fix a time limit which shall be not less than 15 days from the date on which the contract notice is sent
