Description

The Hampshire & Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board (ICB) will contract with a Care Quality Commission (CQC) registered Nursing Home provider to supply Community Nursing Home beds and to work with the Community Regaining Independence Services (CRIS) in supporting adult service users with recovery and rehabilitation needs on the Isle of Wight.

2. II.2.4

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using the competitive process. The contract award is 1st October 2024. The service will be delivered (for a maximum period including extension options) 1st October 2024- 30th September 2029. The lifetime value of the contract for the total 5 years (3yrs +2x12months) is £5,540,180. no conflicts of interest identified.
