Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP) recently undertook an internal review triggered by the recent changes to Housing regulation and challenges faced in meeting key business performance metrics to deliver our strategic objectives. Our Leadership Team identified Six Big Priorities to positively move the business forward, one was how we delivered Digital, Data and Technology services to our colleagues and customers. We then identified three digital projects that would significantly help towards achieving our strategic objectives, these project are: A new Public Website A new Customer Portal A new Repairs Management Solution
