Description

DCMS requires a supplier to conduct the UK’s National Anti-Doping Panel (NADP). The NADP is an independent panel of legal and non-legal members established to determine anti-doping disputes in sport in the United Kingdom.

Total Quantity or Scope

The role and responsibility of the NADP is to make its President and/ or one or more of its members (as set out in the NADP Procedural Rules) available to hear and determine charges brought against Athletes and/ or Athlete Support Personnel alleging violation of the UK Anti-Doping Rules, as well as any related applications and/ or appeals. The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to:• Provide advance notice that the Authority is to consider undertaking a re-tendering exercise for the conduct of the NADP• Understand the market interest in this procurement• Receive feedback on the Early Market Engagement (EME) questions To access and respond to the Early Market Engagement questions please follow these steps:1.
