Indicators
- Contract modified due to unforeseen circumstances.
Legal Justification
The Environment Agency are modifying the description of Lot 1 to remove the erroneous restriction on contracts above £1m and to correct the application of the £1m limit to apply to discrete awards of work. The ambition is to create bundles of works to drive more efficient delivery and provide greater value for money. This was communicated to the market during the procurement of the framework through the Bidder Pack and through an ITT clarification.
