Description

Provision of a contract arrangement for IT Database for Environmental Health management system for collating, monitoring and reporting the activities related to enforcement within RBKC.

Total Quantity or Scope

The Customer & Resident-friendly Environmental Service Transformation (CREST) programme was established in 2018 ‘to join up the environmental enforcement and community engagement functions operating on streets, estates, in neighbourhoods and in parks, enabling staff to deliver a wider remit of enforcement and community engagement across the borough’. A key activity to ensure the effective delivery of the CREST programme is to improve the technology offering across the teams. The Tender seeks to secure a suitably placed provided to deliver the objective of the programme is ‘to join up environmental enforcement and community engagement database. The new service will include 3 teams focussed on different elements of enforcement; Waste, Construction and Enforcement.
