Description

WSHA Group, is seeking one consultant to deliver project management & building and quantity surveyor services for its mixed tenure and factored blocks.

Total Quantity or Scope

A good proportion of our factored blocks are Pre1919 tenemental flats that are listed, and in many instances are in conservation areas. We require a specialist consultant that has knowledge and understanding of this type of construction, relevant legislation and procedures to deliver effectively any major repairs to ensure all works are compliant. We will work in partnership with owners, sharing owners and other agencies to arrange common repairs to identify over the long term repairs & maintenance requirements in our factored blocks. This in turn will assist owners to financially plan for the repairs that will ensure their building is maintained to a high standard.

Renewal Options

the contract can be extended for a further 2 years subject to performance
