Description

Provision of Training and Learning for NYC employees and adult residents over the age of 19, across York and North Yorkshire as a result of, but not limited to, Adult Education Budget (AEB) funding and grant funding such as DfE Skills Bootcamps, Multiply and UK Shared Prosperity Fund programmes. This lot may also be utilised for administration services required as a result of the above.

Legal Justification

York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority (YNYCA) should have been listed as a permissible user of this Approved Provider List within the Contract Notice and procurement documentation. Due to a drafting error, this was omitted. YNYCA spend via the Approved Provider List was included in the total value as set out in the original Contract Notice. The proposed variation does not change the economic balance of the contract as the total value of the procurement (excluding VAT) will remain as set out in the original Contract Notice. Providers will still have the ability to apply to the Approved Provider List throughout the term of the contract.
